How to backup Murena cloud as a user (files, contacts, agenda, etc.)

Hi,
Following the recent failure, I couldn’t find a way to do automatic (if possible) backups of Murena cloud services as a user.
In terms of prioritization, I’d like to back up:

  1. Files
  2. Contacts
  3. Agenda
  4. How about the other features (notes, tasks)

I’d like to be more resilient and be able to access those when those failures happen. I also need an easy way to restore those backups, also on another Nextcloud instance.

Regarding the files, my Nextcloud clients are set up to use virtual files so because of the failure, most of my files are inaccessible.

Hi, I manually backup my cloud files to external hard drives from time to time. But it should be possible to use FreeFileSync to facilitate this job
I have the real files on my PCs and not the virtual files
