I hope someone can help me how to block a website in the Spot browser?
Or if so I’m also open to use another browser if this is better for privacy and safety reasons.

You ask for browsers …
sorry if this too way off topic but you can use the VPN-interface of your device to block any website by blacklisting it.
For that you need an app that uses this interface to filter DNS-requests like rethink-DNS or personalDNSfilter (or something similar). (You cannot use Advanced Privacys Hide my IP-feature at the same time though as it relies on the same interface)
I have no idea how to do that. Is there no way to just block sites in a browser or by installing some kind of app?
the default browser Cromite has custom block commands via ABP - but I couldn’t figure out a whole-domain (it’s easy to block any further elements of a site, but not the base request).
uBlock in Firefox is straightforward though, just write the domain into the list, done.
