How to bypass app which detect custom rom/e os and won't function?

Payment apps such as Amazon Pay, Cred, Mobikwik, or any UPI app won’t work because they detect the custom OS. HDFC banking apps and even Swiggy don’t work either. It’s an amazing OS, but I’m not sure how to get these apps working. I tried installing Magisk and using Zygisk + DenyList, but it doesn’t work. Can anyone please advise?

there are additional magisk modules to install,
but i don’t know witch are the current modules working in 2025.
“rootbeer” app is usefull to check root detection

I can use few UPI apps like CRED, Kiwi in e OS without any Magisk etc. These 2 UPI apps works in my CMF phone 1 with e OS.

thank you. i did a reset again + ran PhonePe with Magisk hidden + denylist and it is working. amazon pay + mobikwik won’t work no matter what I try. But it does not matter as 1 app work is enough for me.

Any fixes for whatsapp tho? I’ll create another post for it, but if you know anything please let me know.

I have no magisk or denylist in my phone. Just with a bare bone e OS, I have Whatsapp working too. I use CRED since it has self transfer feature.
