How to change "Power + Volume Up" behavior?

Pressing Power + Volume Up puts the phone to silent mode (vibration only).

It happens quite often that I accidentally press these two buttons on my Samsung S5, so I want to change this beavior. Unfortunately, I can’t find the place in the settings where to do so. Thanks for any help.

I found the answer myself after switching the system language from German to English. There is an option “Prevent Ringing” (Klingeln verhindern) in “System / Gestures”.
