How to configure Mail Mac OS to access e.email?

Hello,
I don’t know if I in a good topic. please moove me if not.
I would like to configure MAIL from MAC OS 11.1, to access to my e.email account.
Is there someone already done that successfuly ?
I don’t know what to parameter in SMTP or IMAP section. Does it work ?

Here are my IMAP settings from Thunderbird running on MacOS 10.15. They won’t be much different from Mac Mail

Server Name: mail.ecloud.global 
Port: 993
User Name: <your  account name>@e.email
Connection security: SSL/TLS
Authentication method: Normal password

SMTP settings

Server Name: mail.ecloud.global 
Port: 587
User Name: <your  account name>@e.email
Authentication method: Normal password
Connection security: SSL/TLS

Thanks, for answer @petefoth .
Thunderbird is perfectly functional, but MAIL (the Apple app) is not.
I would like to configure MAIL for some facilities.
