How to connect to Chromecast without playservices

I had to leave eos because I can’t mirror my cell phone in Chrome cast, mine is the g7 River. Apps all ask for playservices if they had a streaming solution I would go back to eos systems. My tv. It’s not smart so I use chromecast. @Manoj
