I am using e/OS 3.7.1 miatoll and default launcher. I created an app pair, which now shows on the home screen as an icon.
How am i able to delete the icon?

Hello @device, Welcome to the /e/ users forum.
Yes, hold press on the icon will propose to uninstall
Hello piero,
I don’t see this option, when I tap and hold all icons are dancing. Also, these are system apps unable to uninstall.
An interesting puzzle. In AOSP this is called unpair a split screen. (Only mentioned as this is otherwise device dependent.) I found an answer online but I guess this is not compatible with Bliss launcher, all I succeeded in doing was to duplicate the pair.
I removed them both with
Settings > App > All apps > Bliss launcher > Storage and cache > Clear storage.
All previious “icon organisation” is lost. After Clear storage all icons are displayed alphabetically.
I can confirm this works. However, clearing the storage is not a solution, i should be able to unpair each link individually.
So, app pairs are only half implemented as for now?
From my experience, you can “open” the app pair, then “drag out” each app invididually to the home screen – until there is only one app left in the pair (which is no pair anymore then).
Thanks for your test, were you able to “drag out” to Home screen in Bliss launcher? This where I fail, I thought this is a limitation of Bliss as we don’t have “drag out to removal area”. I went on to try most recent Lawnchair, split screen succeeds but this seems not to include “Save pair”. This all on a15.
By open do you mean to have both apps launched in split full screen?
There is a slider to change the layout, but I haven’t figured out a way to drag apps out of its pairing.
I think you are describing the concept of folders, do you not? This is different from pairs.
ok, sorry! Misunderstood indeed.
