How to delete files or access to the /e/ drive?

Hello, my /e/ drive is full, and maybe I am blind, but I don’t find any way to access to it or delete files. I have find in some similar topics that it is possible by nextcloud or other apps, but isn’t it possible directly on the settings or on a default app?

If it is just possible to delete fully my /e/ drive, it is also good for me. I just want to delete everything so it will sync only photos and videos, now that I have setup correctly my sync settings ^^.

One uses the Murenacloud Files app.

The Delete button is within the
… “More” ellipses.

Don’t forget trash bin and Trash within Mail app.

And I had search for the drive on my browser, but wasn’t able to find it, I don’t know why x)
