How to delete media files?

I’ve android 10-based /e/ at fairphone3+ and I just cannot find an option to delete media files (video, audio, documents) from the device? In the menu there is no delete-button!? E.g., audio files I can delete in the media player, but no delete option in the folder? Is it a bug or do I have tomatos in front of my eyes?

By default the files app show the “Recent” (virtual) folder and there the delete icon does not exist.
If you tap the “hamburger menu” (three horizontal lines, top left) and switch to another (real) folder, the delete icon will appear when you long tap one or more files.

In TWRP mode, you can wipe « internal storage »

No TWRP with the FP3(+).
