How to get rid of app update notices?

My homescreen continually shows “Update” messages for apps, since there are at least a couple of apps that update each day. As there is no action I’m going to take for this, and don’t care about the update, I don’t want this clutter on my homescreen. I went to disable the notices, but all options to disable notices for the App Lounge are grayed out.

How do I get rid of these app update notices?

Note, I don’t want to disable automatic updates, I just want it to happen silently.

Welcome in the community!

I think you have to unset the item “Allow app notification”:

Those options, like in your screenshot, are all grayed out. They can’t be disabled.

If you have automatic it is just how it works I think. No option to turn it off.

You can create an issue in GitLab with a suggestion to change it

Is there a particular process or page to file such an issue? I assume it’s this place: https://gitlab.e.foundation/ but it doesn’t allow me to register to add an issue.
