Jetzt hab ich in ODIN die Files drin. Es gibt keine Verbindungsanzeige zum Phone.
Open Odin on PC,
You have to boot in download mode, and then plug the device
das S8 ist in downloadmodus. aber mein pc erkennt kein Gerät bzw. zeigt nix an.
also wenn ich in Odin auf Start klicke, geschieht etwas. aber es heißt operation failed…
Ich hab auf dem S8 zur Zeit das e OS drauf mit TWRP. liegt das daran?

Is it possible that the bootloader you attempt to flash is older than the one installed ?
What are the version numbers of your downloaded firmware and installed firmware ?

ich habe ĂĽber Deinen Link die Firmware gesucht und zur Vorsicht beide angebotenen heruntergeladen. Heute dann auch die zweite getestet.
SM-G950F_1_20180920142927_qp69cdtkri_fac ist ne zip datei
und SM-G950F_1_20181011093901_re5ja0vxv2_fac ist ebenfall ne zip datei…
Habe heute morgen auf meinem Rechner die damals mit trwp gesicherte Samsung System und Data Partition gefunden. Auf meine flash drive karte kopiert und über trwp eine Wiederherstellung gemacht. Ging alles gut, aber der Neustart bleibt einfach hängen. Das S8 startet nicht vollständig.
Jetzt wieder das system e wiederhergestellt. Weist Du was ich noch versuchen kann um die Samsung Original Version wieder aufs Gerät zu bekommen? Deine Frage nach der Bootloader Version kann ich wohl aus Unwissenheit nicht beantworten. Ist das Bootmenü von TWRP der Bootloader?

hab jetzt diese heruntergeladen und installiert gerade erfolgreich.
jetzt mal neu starten…Samsung System started und funktioniert!

You cannot flash .ZIP files with Odin.
Custom Android Builds are in one file .ZIP, to be flashed by TWRP,
Stock Samsung Firmware are in one or four files .TAR.MD5 (includes in the .ZIP), to be flashed by Odin on Windows,
Linux users have to extract about fifteen. files .IMG and .BIN (includes in the .TAR.MD5), to be flashed by Heimdall
Ja, das hab ich jetzt gelernt. Wusste nur nicht dass mein e… schon nen neueren bootlader oder neueres rom drauf hatte. Deswegen schlugen die ersten 'Versuche fehl.
Jetzt gewöhne ich mich mal an den Komfort mit Telefonieren und WLan mit dem S8 und Samsung Software.
Werde aber demnächst wieder auf e… zurückgehen.
