Please tell me how to make a custom keyboard a system application, for example, I downloaded and installed Fossify Keyboard and deleted the Android keyboard (LatinIME)

After turning on the phone, I am asked to enter a password, but since I deleted LatinIME, there is no keyboard on the screen, yes, I can use the physical keyboard, but this is a trick, I want Fossify Keyboard or another custom keyboard that I install from F-droid to appear when I turn on the phone.
