How to make better picture quality better on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 4G?

Hi. I have 2 Galaxy, S9+ and Note 10+ 4G:

Both with e.OS and both now to do very bad pictures compared to the photos on the original Samsung firmware.

Is there any possibility to raise the quality of photos better or not?

In camera > settings > photo settings you can increase jpeg quality. I have changed mine to 100% as in this screenshot:
