How to mute Noise cancellation Mic

I have recently flashed violet pie ROM on my Redmi Note 7 Pro. However, my device is now capturing the voice from noise cancellation mike, resulting in double voice being transmitted / echo problem.

I have rooted my phone, can anyone guide me how to turn off the noise cancellation mike off manually by editing the settings?
