How to pay for a Pokémon event in Murena?

Hello there!

I put Murena /e/os 2.9 on my Fairphone 4 two weeks ago, offcourse without registrering my Google account and without registrering my device with Google, because I want to be degoogled.
I am generally very satisfied.
Therefore, we also want to give my child a phone with Murena.

But my child is a fan of Pokémon Go, and plays it very often. It provides exercise (walks of 10km are no exceptions) and socially my child has made friends with whom the common interest is playing Pokémon Go. You can call it a real hobby, Of course, as parents, we also know all the (privacy and commercial) disadvantages of Pokémon Go.

So that said; to try it out, I put Pokémon Go with my child’s account on my FP4 with Murena and started trying it out. So far, it seems to be working.

We used to make pokémon Go in-app payments with a Google Play Card, via my Google account.

I have the following questions:
Does anyone know how I can pay in Murena for a Pokémon Go event ticket within the app Pokémon Go? For example, when my child wants to participate in a paid event.

If you have any other phone laying around (or a friend/colleague willing to help), you could use it to buy the ticket as a gift for your child’s Pokemon GO account.
If you’re reaching to someone else to do it, you can just give them cash or transfer after they buy the ticket for your child.

Thank you aidb. I seriously searched for it last week, but apparently I missed this item. I clearly still have to find my way around the forum.
