I had some issues with that app before and I uninstalled it in order to install anew. Now it indicates all the time installing, although in fact it is not. What can I do to fix that?
If you are using the /e/ default App Lounge please try
Settings > Apps and notifications > See all … apps > App Lounge > Storage & cache > Clear storage | Clear cache
