How to reset Murena password encryption key

Hi everyone,

I lost my Murena password app encryption key and I couldn’t find how to reset it.

The password app guide mentions how to define the encryption key in the first place, but nothing about how to reset it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The infra team can reset the app for your ID but you will lose all existing passwords saved in it.

I’m aware that I will loose all my passwords but it’s not issue since I can’t use them anyways…

How do I reach the infra team?
