Is there a way to assign a distinct ringtone to each SIM card on a dual‑SIM device running /e/OS, so incoming calls from SIM 1 play one tone and calls from SIM 2 play another? I don’t see a “dual ringtones” option in the settings.
I see there is a similar topic about Fairphone, but the question posted there hasn’t received an answer for five years.**

Just my opinion … generally one can only reply with an “Answer” … so {No reply} is simply a “Negative”.
To get someone to reply with a negative (with no contradiction) is “Significant”.
Does this method https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-set-a-different-ringtone-for-each-sim-in-android/ work for you?
No, it doesn’t work. As I mentioned in my first post, that exact setting option is missing.
it’s one of those dual sim features I really miss in e/OS/.
Another one is to assign a SIM to a contact, so that whenever you call or text a specific contact it always uses that specific SIM.
