How to turn back on the build in VPN w/out rebooting

The OS comes with pre-build VPN. To disconnect it is quite simple.
But how do you turn it back on without having to reboot the OS ?

I search the site but found no result, perhaps I missed something.

No, that link did not solve the problem.

But I figured it out already. Apparently in order to switch the VPN back on after being disconnected was to switch off the Advanced Privacy toggle and switch it back on. Doing this will restart the VPN.
