How to update external Apps

How to update Apps that have no connection to any app store?

The following situation: I have downloaded some Apps as apk by using the service of evozi from the Gokle App Store. I did this because they were not listed in F-Druid or any other store. I could install them and some of them (like the Grab App) run quite well for a while. Now there are lots of updates in the original app data in the store. The apps in my device have no connection to the data in the store and so the where not updated automatically.
Now some of them don’t work anymore because they are not the latest version. If I go to evozi and download the latest app data in can install them new but this is not a normal update.

Is there any way to update apps that came as apk from the Gokle App Playstore if they have no more connection to the store?

install of an already present appid is synonymous with an update, I think you can go ahead. Just install the apk from Files

Okay, I will try and let you know.

The solution was very easy and I should have tried it by myself before asking here.
I downloaded the apk files and stored them in the download area on the SD card in the phone. I went to the the Data App on my phone and selected the apk file.
Then automatically came the question if I want to update the existing App or reinstall it.
I selected update and that was it.

By the way: The page that I used for a long time: app.evozi.com is not working anymore.
