How to use Murena Vault

Hello all. This is my first post here. I’m really enjoying e/OS and although I’ve been using Proton Mail and Proton Docs, it seems Proton Docs is underdeveloped compared to Murena’s Onlyoffice suite. As privacy is a big motivating factor, I’d like to see about using Murena Vault for more sensitive documents that I want to store, and possibly share online with a few trusted people. Can you point me to a tutorial on how to use Murena Vault? When I click on the “Murena Vault” icon on the Murena dashboard I am shown to CryptPad: Collaboration suite, encrypted and open-source, where I am prompted for a Cryptpad password. My Murena account password is not accepted there. (I thought that Murena Vault was included, but perhaps it’s a service I need to sign up for separately?) When I then click on the “Sign Up” button in the upper right corner, I’m taken back to the same Murena dashboard where I started. I know I need to create a Cryptpad password, but I’m not sure how to do so. I don’t think I’ve already created a Cryptpad password, but if I have then I don’t remember it and I need to delete my Cryptpad vault; I don’t see anywhere on the web page that allows me to do that. Please let me know what I need to do to get Murena Vault working, or just post a link to a tutorial or help page.

Thank you.

You can check this guide

Thank you, but it doesn’t address the issue I’m facing. I guess I should contact Murena Support’s Helpdesk.

I just tried Firefox instead of my usual Brave browser. No change in behavior resulted. By the way, I have a free Murena Workspace account. Does the free account not include Murena Vault? I can understand if that’s the case, but I don’t see any documentation stating that fact.

Free a/c are included (mentioned in the guide linked re “Storage capacity”)

I have not applied, but I guess you are trying to delete your N/W Vault now ?

It seems like that might be necessary for me to be able to use Murena Vault, yes. I’m sure that if my Vault already exists it doesn’t have any valuable information in it.
