I have a Samsung Note 3 with the / e and I love the system.
But now the day to day phone is a Huawei mate 20 Pro and would like to know there will be opportunity to be created the system for this mobile phone
Huawei phones have generally poor custom ROM support, and as far as I know, there is no official bootloader unlocking method for them. I wouldn’t deal with Huawei, no matter how good their hardware is.
If you want flashing — it would be better to limit your choice with the devices that are most suitable for this purpose.
There is all Huawei devices supported by LineageOS https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/#huawei and no Mate 20 Pro in it. P20 Pro supported by LineageOS but that is different device.
If I’m not mistaken, the main trouble is that Huawei stopped issuing bootloader unlock keys last year, and unofficial key dealers are no longer helpful too. We are dealing with the fact that some manufacturers simply don’t like their devices to be flashed with custom firmware.
And it’s a shame, because I actually like Huawei P30. It’s a great handset, not too large, with low SAR and full package of 2019’s flagship features.

Devices for which at least there was such an option. If you have some of these models, but still don’t have the unlock key — you likely can’t do anything with your phone until you get one.
I have a Mate 20 Pro and love it - but would like to know if there will be a ROM available for it in the near future.
Have you tried LineageOS 16 with MicroG package? At the moment, I think it might be the best solution for Mate 20 Pro.
