The message is:
"Can’t connect to host “ssl://mail.ecloud.global:993"”

Using a forum search ofssl://mail.ecloud.global:993 the first hit seems to blame Firefox. If not that it is probably worth checking through the other results.
Actually it can also happen with other web browsers, the cause is the website safety certificate end date and the delay at which the browser will invalidate it.
The issue will disappear with the re-issue of the certificate.
