Incoming calls rejected / Can't receice SMS messages

Hi.

I have the following problem with my Fairphone 3+: I can send SMS messages and do outgoing phone calls. But I don’t receive any SMS messages and all incoming calls are directed to the voicemail. Mobile data is working properly.

I have tried the following things (without success):

  • Restart the phone
  • Update /e/OS
  • Checked, if all calls are redirected to voicemail (which is not the case)
  • Changed from LTE to 3G and back

What else can I do? Should I reset the phone?
