Hello
i’m reading the procedure to install e/os on Motorola g34
https://doc.e.foundation/devices/fogos/install
https://images.ecloud.global/community/fogos/
myut i dot’t find the following 2 file…the recovery is IMG Format.
First unzip the /e/OS Recovery file linked in the section marked Downloads for fogos . The following files would show up in the location where you unzipped the contents of the eRecovery zip file
dtbo.img
vendor_boot.img
some one mey help ?
best regards

Hello thank you.
I will search because on lineage there are different file with same version but different datetime.
Do you know Why on e/os doc is missing the file in download section?
Thanks

Just a guess, these secondary images (which are always in the ROM anyway) need some manual “repackaging” after the build completes.
Try this to extract them [Walkthrough] Extract eRecovery and boot images using payload-dumper-go
Thanks to everyone
i’m trying to extract with paylod dumper …
also if i founfd very strange that the official procedure did NOT mention how to obtaint the 2 files and is a bit difficult…

This is a newly introduced device for /e/OS, you could add your feedback about this “packaging omission” here Feedback for v3.1.1

Documentation suggestions is certainly an idea to add but the documentation follows Lineage and (unless @gionxda tells us different) the documentation is not in error.
This is a packaging error and it has happened before. It would seem to be a task for someone to create the IMG-recovery-compilation.zip
as preparation for publication of the build for this and other similar devices.
