Instability or Hacked

Hello

In the last 2 mos my teracube phone has been acting strangely. Too many iaaues to list beyond icons disappearing (minimal issue) to the phone being ghost accessed as I can see actions on phone take place in real time as I watch and cant stop (big problem). Now phine freezes xonsrsntky ans must hit button to blackout and reset. Keyboard errors typing all the time, may be me but android KB seems worse than other phones and often single letter keys wont work at all.

Memory issues, malware attacks or both?

Using Android 1.10 and problems with that update so not sure about another change.
