Install /e/ with easy installer

Hi,
I want to install eOS on my oneplus 8 (INI2015). I have already installed eOS on many Galasy S9. I am not a beginner. I launched easy-installer and followed the instructions. Unfortunately my phone, loops on startup. I manage to boot in recovery mode and in a linux console, I am connected with adb and fastboot. How can I get out of this boot loop?
In fastboot mode:
PRODUCT_NAME - kona
VARIANT - SM8 UFS
BOOTLOADER VERSION -
BASEBAND VERSION -
SERIAL NUMBER - 0410xxxx
SECURE BOOT - yes
DEVICE STATE - unlocked

Regain your privacy! Adopt /e/ the unGoogled mobile OS and online servicesphone

at what point does it bootloop, can you already see the “bouncing-e” symbol? then I’d go for a userdata reset (that is I guess part of easy-installers procedure so will probably not help).

Not see “bouncing-e”. My phone reboot on logo ‘oneplus’ when I push ‘volume down’ + ‘power’ menu fastboot show

OK I resolved. eOS is installing with success.
I connected on fastboot menu and flash boot.img with this command :

fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot
after In /e/OS Recovery main screen
Apply Update and in next screen Apply update from adb
and next steps.

weird… instantnoodle /e/ docs don’t have a step where you’d flash the boot.img onto the boot partition… just recovery … easyinstaller too at OnePlus8_flash.yml and its install-e-recovery.sh.

Lineage docs on instantnoodle say to flash dtbo and vbmeta … maybe that did the trick when you did the LOS steps?
