As i understand, you have an /e/OS (and recovery-e) already installed,
So there is an alternative and easiest solution
in your case you can install from the recovery mode using an OTA file
e-2.0-t-20240506399547-stable-FP5.zip (not IMG-e-2.0-t-20240506399547-stable-FP5.zip)
