Delete the content of the trash bin and make hidden folders visible: Down left expand the options and set the checkbox besides “show hidden files”.

and can it be used to backup apps and settings from one device with an os to a different device with a different os?
Yes, but old @e.email & ecloud.global may still work, redirecting to Murena
As file storage for a third-party solution, yes.

Honestly I don’t know. However there is chance that a @e.email alias would be created with any Murena account… Worth a try, knowing that Murena Cloud comes with a “Delete Account” feature 
NB : the external email address you use to create a new account is memorized and cannot be used anymore for this purpose.
