determined to escape the grip of us big tech i opened my new fairphone 6 package with great expectations. but the app lounge will not install even simplest apps (trainline eg) and transferring stuff from iphone never got off the ground as the onscreen instructions promised in murena’s utube setup video never materialised. have done factory reset but to no effect. am not at all techie but the marketing did not say i had to be. help!!
