Is Build 4.2 safe for security patch level 2026-05-05?

Hello,
my Fairphone 4 shows a security patch level of 2026-05-05 via adb. I want to install IMG-e-4.2-a14-20260814662910-official-FP4.zip. Is this safe regarding the anti-rollback protection, or could this brick my device?
