Is it possible to downgrade FP4 from community build (A15) to official build (A14)

I have just installed the newest community build with A15 om my FP4. I didn’t realise until the very end of the installation process that I couldn’t lock the bootloader on a community build version.

I know that downgrading to an android version with an earlier SPL can brick the device.

My question is:

Can I downgrade my FP4 without bricking it to an earlier version of Android (from A15 to A14), as long as the SPL is the same or a later version compared to the one currently installed?

The fp4 install method Install /e/OS on a Fairphone FP4 - “FP4” is capable of Android version downgrade. (It is a Fasttboot ROM.) So as long as you are sure of the Android SPL dates reference anti-rollback this can be done.
