Is it possible to sync SIM contacts with ecloud contacts?

I have to insert them manually in ecloud contacts.

You can under Settings in the Contacts app choose “Import” and then “SIM card” and import them into your ecloud account. You can’t sync what’s directly on the SIM card, sadly.
