Is it safe to upgrade from 1.21 to 2.4.1?

Hi,

My device is a Motorola Edge 30 : https://doc.e.foundation/devices/dubai/install
Actually running /e/OS 1.21 with Android 13.

I didn’t make upgrade since march 24.
Their are many proposed by OTA : from 2.4.1 to 2.7, but nothing before 2.4.1.

It make a big gap between 1.21 and 2.4.1 and I wonder if there is chance the upgrade may fail ?

Is it safe to trust the OTA upgrade app ?
Should I try to manually download files and perform local update progressively ?

Problematic jump was from android Q10, it is not your case
