Is there an automation app that could be set to at a set time to open another app, wait 5 seconds, tap a button on screen, wait 5 seconds, tap another button, wait 5 seconds (repeat twice more)?

I installed just such an app yesterday, Automate by llamalab.com from App Lounge. You build the functions you want with building blocks, there is what looks like a helpful community https://www.llamalab.com/automate/community/.
