Issue receiving emails

Hello,

For some reason, I can send emails to my contacts, but I do not receive their responses. My spam box is empty and can’t figure out what’s going on.

I missed very important messages yesterday, luckily my partner was copied but it’s very concerning if I’m not sure I’m receiving all my emails.

Am I the only experiencing this?

Is there any way to get in touch with the Murena support team??

A couple of emails came through after 24h or so, but there are others I still haven’t received. That’s very frustrating.

The reason why nobody answers is that you hide important informations. I give you some hints:

  • Which server?
  • Which protocols (IMAP or POP3)?
  • IMAP cyclic polling the server or using push notifications?
  • Which mail app?
  • Have you tried to access the same server using a PC mail client application like Thunderbird or Outlook?
  • Have you tried to use a web client on this mail server?

Sorry, I wasn’t sure where to report this issue. I thought “murenacloud” would clearly indicate that it was at the web client level. So I should have mentioned that it was on https://murena.io/apps/snappymail/

So It’s not an issue with a protocol or mail client

when you wrote I sent an email to my murena.io acc and it went through without delay, status is green (but not much history.. 24h overview would be good)

paying users can write the helpdesk if you see no other way of resolution.

It could be relevant what the sending domain (to you) is if there is a delay no other users report or you yourself notice a difference. This info is also something the helpdesk could look at in mail server logs

That’s really weird as I also saw the status was green and can’t figure out why I missed 3 emails from 2 different senders. Two of them came through the next day, the third one seems definitively lost… They all replied to my emails, so it rules out any typos in my email address.

I’ve no paid plan at the moment, as I’m testing the service. So I think I’m going to use another service as I’m quite concerned about not receiving important information.
