As printed out, Aurora app store was just completely malfunctioning and couldn’t download any apps anymore. So had to delete it.
The Murena App Lounge keeps saying “Application not found” when I tap on an app for more info and also doesn’t download apps anymore. Please provide advice on how to fix this.
Settings > Apps > See all apps > App Lounge > Storage & cache > Clear storage
The above advice and more simple advice like
log out and log in again
turn off Advanced Privacy
Restart the phone after changes,
is seen in the app itself, App Lounge > Settings page has this link showing in red as “Having troubles?”App Lounge FAQ.
If at first the problem persists be sure to take the advice to try later, like two to twelve hours later and have the phone fully charged as battery below a certain level is known to hinder or prevent download.
This advice would apply to a pbone updated to current v 3.7.x older builds will need to be updated.
I recemtly found I had to do a similar treatment in Aurora Store.
That outage was temporary. It is now functioning fine. This sometimes happens with Aurora Store and when it does, is usually fixed within a small number of days. Patience is a virtue
