Issue with validation mail from apps or web site

Hello all,
I am facing issue with validation from most of web site or apps which use double authentication.
Mails appears in mailbox or in spam after 30mn, validation code / link is outdated so I am not able to confirm my log in.
Do I have to change something in my setup.
Mails are not visible with Mail app on my Fairphone 4 and also on mail box from web .

If someone can help me on this topic.
