I haven’t been able to receive emails for days. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone have a solution? The only email I’ve been able to receive is from Murena itself.

I can confirm your observations! Probably since the last Nextcloud upgrade (to version 31. … on November 20th) the murena email service seems to be rather broken: sending emails from my murena email account isn’t an issue, but sending (from various foreign accounts) to murena results (in my case) in delivery times (to the murena mailbox) of about 30 to 60 minutes! And in some cases nothing arrived at all!
My question is: Is there anyone out there (using the murena mail service), who is not affected by this problem?
(And I can’t imagine that no one of the murena team has already observed this …)
I did a quick test:
- Sending from Murena to Murena → mail arrives immediately
- Sending from Murena to another domain (GMX in my case) → mail arrives immediately
- Sending from another domain (GMX) to Murena → mail arrives with a delay of around one hour
Here is the header of the mail with the delay:

I am not sure, but I think that the delay is internal and happens between mail01.ecloud.global and the final Murena mail server?
In the case documented by @Tentos the delivery of the email to the target mailbox by the MDA obviously happend about 64 minutes after its reception by the MTA (Postfix) - both components ran on mail01.ecloud.global ! Question is: Why took it that long?
I have apparently the same kind of issue.
This since 3 or 4 days.
I have same problem enounced by @sk1,
i send this morning a mail to test at my e.email adress and Never arrived since half past nine this morning.
I have passed on the details and the log shared above, with the developers. It being the weekend, expect a response tomorrow.
For information :
Test mail received juste now.
Hi, just want to give you a quick update. The problem seems to be fixed since two days, in my case. Many thanks to the support team. Have a good one.
I have just sent an email from an external address (GMX) to my murena address, and it arrived almost immediately. The problem indeed seems to have been fixed. Thanks a lot to the team and your work, @Manoj !
