It's possible to install and work with /e/ Appstoe outside /e/?

I’ve installed 7e/ App store two weeks ago, in a “normal” phone, but after hours, maybe a day, the app seems to been dissapeared.Recently send the apk. file to a friend whit an AOSP phone and the same thing happened, so…is Google after this?Or is something wrong with the mean system?

the app store MUST be installed as system app. Otherwise i won’t work.

But you can find all apps from Apps store in F-droid and Aurora. So no need for apps store
