Long story short, I had a device running e/ os and it didn’t work out (for navigation reasons).
However, I really liked the nextcloud app.
Years passed, I got a new device, and was able to access my files in a browser or with nextcloud.
I haven’t needed to access anything for almost a year now…
Fast forward to now, I need to access that data but I know there was a major outage.
The status and recovery efforts aren’t clear to me.
-I can log into nextcloud on android.
-I can see the correct root directory structure, but when I access the folder, it’s “Loading” but never loads
-I can log into murena.io on browser. None of my files are there.
My intentions moving forward isn’t to sync my new device with nextcloud.
I saw some instructions that were not clear to me at all based on what I want to do, which is get my files off that service.
I’m certain this has been asked before and I want to apologize for not going to the ends of the internet before posting.
Simply put, I’m anxious and don’t have the time to make assumptions.
Can someone please concisely explain what my options for recovery are?
I’ve been paying for a premium account this whole time.
