As the title states, just received what I expected to be a “new” Tablet. I was quite shocked when I found both security stickers had been cut and a small defect on the screen.
Found it to be a little odd that there were 2 Sim ejection tools inside as well.
Did I receive a return, or was it intercepted in shipping by the NSA?
Sent a support request via the Website and they stated they are busy so a response could take up to 5 days!?
My first purchase from eOS/Murena is certainly not off to a good start.
You don’t say what country you are in, but if it’s another country other than the one than it shipped from it is very likely customs opened it. They have that right even in free countries.
I made the same experience and I am from Europe. So I guess it was not a customs control. I did not care about the removed seals, but I’d be interested to know the reason too.
