You probably want launchers designed for seniors or those who don’t care for small text/icons or constantly swiping & scrolling.
Senior Launcher (Launcher reduced to the essential, intended for elderly people). A bit old though. Available via F-Droid repo and /e/ App Store. No screenshots seem to be available.
Elder Launcher is available from IzzyOnDroid F-Droid Repository, Play/Aurora Store, as well as direct from its GitHub.
There are other similar launchers but can’t remember at the moment.
