Link to issues on gitlab is nowhere to find

I noticed that the link to report bugs has been removed from the site e.foundation. Instead, only link EXPLORE OUR GITLAB is listed under Get started

The list of issues is then Under Backlog, but it is quite buried in. Was that an intentional change? Should the forum be used more instead of issue reporting?

The gitlab remains the place to report bugs. The backlog project is the name of the project where all issues are raised.
