Linphone not connecting

I have installed Linphone, but cannot get it to connect to my SIP provider.

I have had calls to their Tech Dept, but we have drawn a blank.

I understand some traffic is routed in particulat ways to protect privacy, could that be affecting this ?

if you’ve got hide-my-ip active you should disable it. Tor doesn’t transport UDP and SIP likes UDP.
