Yeah, I totally did. But S20 FE is what is possible today, S23 too new…
I bet you are probably right !
Would vote for Pixel 9 pro xl , getting official murena support . But in 2. series also Pixel 9 pro and Pixel 9 .
The list has been updated and a few device names added.
Sony Xperia 5 IV (PDX-224) will very soon loose official updates from Sony, so it would be very nice to be able to add e/os to it.
I really wish to see Samsung Galaxy S22 on this list one day
The are currently not custom ROMs for the Galaxy S22 currently to the best of my knowledge. For S23 series there are
Hi Manoj,
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 (Wi-Fi) is now officially supported by Lineage! Would be great if you can add it to your list
https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/gts7lwifi/
I saw that device motorola g34 ( fogos ) added in upcoming list devices for support e os, why not list in moto g45 . These 2 phones comes with same codename fogos.
gts7lwifi has been added to the build script. Should be available with the A15 release later this month.
I second janhjanh’s request, I would like to switch to e/OS on my Sony 5 IV since it’s EOL.
Is there a chance that /E/OS is coming to the newer Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro?
All devices which are eligible for a A15 upgrade will get it. Our plan is to move the entire supported list to A15 or which ever OS is supported.
At a time we support 3 OS versions only . With A15 coming that would mean the end of support for A12 eventually. We will move the A12 or /e/OS S devices on to the next OS - A13 or what was earlier referred to as /e/OS T or A14 or A15 which ever build is possible. Will update as to when these builds would be coming.
Is the Teracube 2e one of those devices? It’s currently on A12.
I wonder can someone help me. I would like to start using /e/os, but my current phone does not support it. So I need to change my phone. I would like to have a relatively new phone with latest features. For example one of the Google Pixel 9 phones, but those does not have an official build of the /e/os. Does somebody know is there one in future? How about the community versions, are they stable? I do need my phone to be reliable.
Community is very stable but there are certain apps which need to have a locked bootloader (usually banking apps). Check the dilemma revolut by searching here on the Forum. Official device are usually only thoose which are sold or were sold by Murena but everyone can install an offivial build if they want.
If possible for you, try to get a secondhand device and to install a community build, then you can give a try how it fits you. Some people overestimate the change to /e/OS I feel sometimes. It always depends on your expectations
I would by a Pixel 8 or fairphone 6 , both can relock the bootloader . But rather the Pixel .
Or with enough time waiting for relockable from the Pixel 9 series .
That’s a good advice. That’s what I did. I bought seconde hand a similar phone than the one I already had, and installed /e/os on it to test it out. Now I’m only using this one. I keep the other one, so when the new /e/os comes out for my phone, since there won’t be OTA updates for community builds, I can install it on my previous phone on test it before switching.
when are the builds for xiaomi 12t pro likely to be released?
