Just to be sure: Today I re-installed my first FP5 with the e.foundation/installer to e/OS/ v3.7 Official and I didn’t get the option to lock the bootloader. Few months ago I installed my second FP5 and it got that item in the menu.
Can I now lock it manually? I already read something about android v15 patch level and it is dated 1 april 2026.
Another thing is that my second FP5 updated to v3.6 Official, but won’t update to v3.7 Official, it just says: you are on the latest version!
Hope someone kind direct me in the right direction.
Thank you, Piero.
It was a combination of FP5 in the fastboot mode, usb connection and laptop that needed adb to get started. Finally I was able to fastboot flashing lock_critical and after reboot did al the settings agin and was able to give the fastboot flashing lock command to the FP5.
And yes, refresh several times gives indeed the update to v3.7
