I didn’t have any lock screen option setup until now.
I setup a pattern unlock, lock my phone and turn it on. I’m on the lock screen with a wallpaper and the clock.
I swipe up to go on the pattern screen and unlock it BUT the screen is full white with the text «Trace your pattern»
Am I stuck for good ? It seems like a full reset is the only option
btw this is quite urgent, I have no phone in back up, no money to buy a new one and all my data still on the phone
Rather than quiz each detail, but please can you read my response to Configure Security fails in E /OS/ 4.2 - #2 by aibd. The aim is to check out the possibility of frp.
Have you tried to ‘trace your pattern’ on the white screen just to see if any reaction to that? I know sounds silly, but have you?
P.S. If you don’t have USB disabled on locked phone, have you tried to connect the handset to a computer with USB cable to check if possible to get the files of it as the last resort, or is enabling file transfer impossible then (maybe from computer end)?
P.S.* Have you tried to switch the phone off and back on to see if still the same?
