Lost all my notes

Hello

I lost all my notes due to a mistake: I deleted my Murena account before reactivating it on my phone (OnePlus 5T).
Since then, I no longer have my old notes, and they aren't in the "Trash" folder.
The app is reactivated, but without my old notes. Do you know of any way to recover these notes?

If you have deleted the account without a backup the chances of any recovery are nil as everything gets removed from the servers. All the same let me check with the team if there are any options to retrieve the data.

Thank you so much for your help. I really want to recover these notes because I wrote a chapter of a novel in them and I thought I had saved it on a hard drive.

If you need any other information (my email address, Murena, or anything else), just let me know. I know Romain Hunault created the "Notes" app, but I can't seem to get in touch with him.

The strange thing is that when I logged in again with the same username and password, the events in my calendar reappeared but not my notes. This gives hope.

Hi,
Pl can you try and log in to your account on the murena cloud using your murena ID and password. It may not have been completely deleted. You may have removed it from your phone. Also I see you are using a very old version of the OnePlus 5T build. The current version is 3.3 and it is on A15. This would require a manual download and install. Check on the cloud first and see if your notes are there.

Hello,

I had already checked on the cloud and the grades weren’t there. I don’t know if we can get them on a server. Yes my version is old, because there was an update problem once and since then the phone seems not to recognize the latest versions of the operating system. Do you think we have discussed all the possibilities for my notes?

The phone updater will not get the latest updates as it would be on a different OS version. You will have to manually install it using the instructions in the guide. Taking a backup first is advisable. Have passed the details to the team to check. Again, not sure the notes can be retrieved it they have been deleted. Will let you know if I get a response from the team.
