Magic Earth uses Open Street Map data. Open Street Map relies on users updating information (crowd sourcing). If no one has done this in the area you are searching, then it will not find any results. You could check the Open Street Map website https://www.openstreetmap.org. If the address can be found there, then perhaps contact the Magic Earth developers and ask why it does not work in their app.
